Glutamic acid (GA)
Due to the distinctive nature of glutamic acid and its derivatives, they are widely used in medical treatments, nutritional supplements, animal feed additives, and plant supplements. Glutamic acid can be used to treat nervous system disorders such as epilepsy, by serving as a dietary supplement for post-operation patients, or as a nutritional intravenous feeding solution.
